This awesome client is looking for someone to join the team as a long-term contract/freelancer, onsite, 40 hours, in the NYC office for 18 months. The Small Business Acquisition Marketing team is focused on targeting small business card customers through the website, Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, and Digital Paid Media channels. The Digital Paid Media channel specifically focuses on reaching small business owners with relevant marketing through display, native, and paid social advertising.

The Freelance/Contractor will work with various teams on key initiatives related to creative, digital data, and analytics for the Digital Paid Media channel.
• This valued team member will first and foremost be responsible for executing and assist in the development of creative strategy across all ad units, including the development of dynamic creative assets and test-and-learn strategy.
• This role will partner closely with their Creative Agency to craft creative vision and ad copy, and will ensure assets are delivered while adhering to all legal and brand guidelines.
• This person will also work to implement creative executions including new product launches and limited time offers. In addition, this team member will manage all work streams related to Digital Personalization, a top strategic priority for the channel.
• Lastly, the Freelance/Contractor will partner closely with Creative Agency, Risk and Information Management teams to deliver channel reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
• This role is a unique blend of creative and analytical marketing and ideal for someone who is passionate about digital media and innovation.

Responsibilities Include:
• Own channel creative strategy across display, native, and paid social assets, ensuring that marketing is relevant and clear to small business owners; partner closely with creative agency team to deliver new creative, technologies, campaigns, and test plans
• Work closely with Digital Paid Marketing Manager and other internal teams to align campaign timelines, coordinate changes to creative assets, and define improvements to campaign execution process
• Manage all Digital Personalization work streams, including integration with Site Personalization, campaign set up and maintenance, and development of dynamic creative assets and “test-and-learn” strategy
• Provide and maintain regular reporting on campaign status and performance, channel forecasting, and strategic project performance; liase with Risk and Agency teams to ensure seamless measurement and reporting. There is a dedicated Research and Data team, however, you will be included in helping make forecast decisions by interacting with Research, Data, and Forecast teams.

Required Skills/Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of digital marketing experience; creative, media, and/or agency experience a plus
• Highly organized, with astute attention to detail, a strong orientation toward process, and demonstration of effective project management skills; must be able to skillfully manage multiple projects, multi-task, prioritize, and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence others; excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong analytical skills; ability to make data-driven decisions
• Extremely detailed and very organized, a self-starter who thrives in a changing, dynamic environment
• Bachelor Degree required
