This role in a nutshell is a strong PM/Producer that can oversee the entire creative production process as it relates to email messaging (one on one personalized email/marketing etc). The client highly seeks a candidate from agency.

We have an immediate need for someone to join our client's success by approaching production and project management as much art as it is science, with a proven ability to bring business strategies over the finish line and into production/execution while understanding the importance of strong partnerships with cross-functional teams as a vital means to do so. Someone who can fill the role as equal parts creative confident, logical task-master, strategic thinker and collaborative team member.

Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated history of leading cross functional teams through highly complex programs, ideally with experience working on a major consumer Brand (at a Digital Agency or Internally). You have a strong knowledge of digital platforms and a robust Rolodex of partners to help execute and produce best-in-class work. Your ability to help drive, manage and execute work in tight timelines, while fostering cross-team collaboration, will set you apart from the field.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Leadership - Setting goals for the work group, developing organizational capability, and modeling how we work together:
- Identifies and communicates key responsibilities and practices to ensure the immediate team of direct reports promotes a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results
- Supports the implementation of company programs to ensure the success of the Company.
Planning and Execution - Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results:
- Prepares, communicates and educates client groups and team on changes in policies and practices within the organization
- Plans and manages business unit and department processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives.
- Manages moderately to highly complex program or project work for the Global Digital Marketing. Focused on personalized marketing and client Rewards loyalty programming.
- Serves as lead for direct manager for assigned businesses.
- Partners and collaborates with assigned and production team to ensure programs and projects deliver against goals and objectives and meet/exceed client's Global Digital standards.
- Develops and oversees management of annual budgets for client groups. Ensures proactive communication of client budget status on a monthly basis and overall budget actuals at the end of each fiscal year. Delivers consistent and accurate project estimates, change orders, updated estimates, billing and project actuals to clients.
- Prioritizes multiple client groups and business partners, ensuring that projects meet specified timelines and deliver expected results.
- Manages and monitors program or project schedules for the Loyalty marketing team within Global Digital Marketing, reporting progress and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget. Maintains, adjusts and updates project plans as needed.
- Consolidates, communicates, and ensures resolution of all issues. Escalates issues to direct manager as necessary.
- Educates client on working relationship with Global Digital Marketing explaining roles and responsibilities, process, and budgeting.
Business Requirements - Providing functional expertise and executing functional responsibilities:
- Understand the essential dynamics, strategies and drivers of assigned client businesses in order to provide value-add and strategic counsel on campaign and program strategy.
- Communicates, supports and recommends processes for improving business planning, cross functional communication, work integration and teamwork between partners from cross-functional departments.
- Manages relationship with internal and external groups to develop overall strategies and processes to complete work that meets/exceeds client's Global Digital Marketing standards.
- Ensures clients submit comprehensive strategic creative briefs to efficiently initiate work in the Global Digital Marketing team.
- Serves as primary contact for moderately to highly complex client work and manages program or project through entire process to completion.
- Identifies and tracks success metrics and program performance measures to evaluate program effectiveness and to integrate into future initiatives. Informs/elevates to direct manager.
Partner Development & Team Building - Providing partners with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams:
- Challenges and inspires team members to achieve business results.
- Conducts and ensures the completion of performance reviews.
- Ensures partners adhere to legal and operational compliance requirements.
- Oversees training and development of partners directly and indirectly managed and makes effective staffing decisions.
- Provides coaching, direction and leadership support to team members in order to achieve partners, business and customer results
