Digital Project Management Role with Prominent Entertainment Company
On site - West Side
40 hours/week
Contract 3+ months

The Customer Insights Digital Media Project Manager position is responsible for managing multiple Analytics/Audience Insights related projects for Broadcast, Cable, Mobile, and Social platform initiatives by planning and executing project plans and tasks while ensuring the appropriate parties internal and external are engaged through completion. Responsibilities also include day-to-day operational aspects of the project, maintaining and updating documentation, facilitating teamwork, and leading meetings effectively. Projects include the improvement or creation of processes to streamline operations of the Ad Solutions team. This position will work closely with all stakeholders for each project and process including an international news site, Ad Sales, Research, and external vendors.

Essential Functions:
1.Develop project plans and manage project scope, goals, timelines, and milestones
2.Capture business requirements and use cases from internal clients and external clients. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
3.Communicate project plan tasks and milestones and any updates to team members to keep goals aligned. Communicate status with management and stakeholder on an ongoing basis.
4.Create and maintain accurate project documentation - statements of work, product requirements documents, functional specs, contact lists, etc.
5.Establish and develop internal and external relationships vital to the success of the project. Manage teams throughout the project life cycle. Monitor conflicts/issues and facilitate resolution. Demonstrate professional escalation practices when necessary.
6.Effectively lead meetings according to set agenda/purpose and subsequently distribute meeting minutes
7.Manage new strategic opportunities working with multiple internal constituents, including international Sales, Video and Web Development teams. Influence decisions and drive ongoing implementation efficiencies through process optimization and automation.

Qualification Requirements:
Education / Experience: Bachelor of Science / Minimum 3 years experience in project management and preferably in a client service role
Language / Communication: Must have exceptional communication skills
Mathematical / Reasoning Skills:Must be analytical and have knowledge of digital infrastructure
Computer Skills:Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Scrum Software (Rally); Adobe Site Catalyst Reporting Tool
Other Skills & Abilities Required: Highly organized with ability to multi-task while managing many priorities; Certified
