Digital Optimisation Manager

  • You will be a data driven marketer whose natural instincts are to convert and retain a profitable audience

  • Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager this role is responsible for driving optimisation and personalisation strategies across Marketing

  • The role will work adjacently across a number of teams including Digital, Marketing and Campaign Marketing

  • Drive effective use of digital channel optimisation tools and technologies within the business including Adobe Analytics, Target and Audience Manager

  • Lead and develop the strategy to deliver an optimisation roadmap for metrics, analysis, reporting, and testing on digital marketing programs and sales campaigns that support the broader marketing team objectives

  • Provide insight, analysis, and guidance on campaign opportunities, program optimisation, and fine tuning to drive the business targets

  • Provide direction and input to team members regarding consumer insights research, data mining & analysis, KPIs, and reporting analytics that support the digital marketing team and overall business.

  • Create visibility of the customer experience journey including paid, owned and earned traffic sources

  • Create data visualisations, dashboards and reports that drive actionable insights for the customers.

  • Work with the Digital team to drive A/B testing, Personalisation and Segmentation tactics specific to campaigns in market
