Digital Operations Executive Iconic Brand

Calling digital specialists who thrive in a fast paced digital team. This initial contract (Jan -Oct 2015) role requires a hands-on operator who brings the stakeholder engagement capability to support key marketing managers and enhance national digital processes across websites, social media, eDM's, CRM and reporting methodologies.

Key Tasks:

Manage established national digital services inculding social media, websites, content, reporting, eDM's, SCRM and media programs
Continually enhance and improve the capability of a number of their key websites.
Educate and build internal stakeholders knowledge of digital best practice by producing toolkits, instructions & assistance on how to use the website
CMS and other digital marketing tools.
Provide regular reporting that drives insights for the wider business to achieve a competitive edge
As a go to digital expert you will be responsible for providing system support for CMS, social media account set up, social media monitoring and reporting


Skills / Experience Required:
You will possess several years experience within a digital producer / operations role
Demonstrate proven ability to optimise and manage website - bring a passion for UX
Excellent project / time management experience
High level of Google Analytics skills
Social Media management and reporting
Basic HTML knowledge
