Digital Operations Assistant

My client, a leading financial services company is seeking an individual to fill the role of Digital Ad Operations Assistant. This is a great opportunity in a fun, energetic, growing organization for someone who is excited to learn about digital advertising. This person will be the support for two Digital Project Managers. Knowledge of digital advertising and the general process work flow is required. This is primarily a support position created out of the need for additional help as our online advertising presence continues to grow each year.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and update digital traffic instructions
• Collect publisher site specifications and aggregate to create a least common denominator spec sheet for production
• Create and updated timelines/calendars across numerous campaigns
• Reviewing digital media plans and advise the Digital Media group of any discrepancies
• Work with publishing sites to update contact lists
• Work with internal and external partners to collect files and maintain file management
• Assist in implementing and updating our process work flow

REQUIREMENTS:

• Web-savvy and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Fundamental understanding of online ad servers (Bridgetrack and Dart) and web analytic tools such as Webtrends.
• Understanding of online advertising operations workflow process
• Outstanding follow-up/follow through, problem solving and time management skills
• Comfort and experience with a fast paced cross-functional team environment
• Strong attention to detail, team player and great work ethic
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in Advertising operations
• Knowledge of DFA would be a plus
