Project Overview: 

On a day-to-day basis, the Store marketing team is brainstorming innovative ideas to showcase flagship products, driving awareness and traffic, running promotions, acquiring new customers, growing relationships with existing customers, assessing opportunities analysis and research, and finding creative way to bring unique online shopping experiences to life. 


Overall Responsibilities: 

Plan and execute creative, data-driven DR campaigns through paid channels including SEM, Shopping, display advertising, retargeting. 

Includes managing relationships with external vendors and agencies. 

Ongoing campaign optimizations; including ad, landing page testing and, execution and analysis of A/B tests. 


Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: 

Managing performance (creative, bid, offers) of all in-house AdWords ad campaigns (Shopping, SEM, GDN) 

Managing merchant center feed to ensure our accuracy of our shopping ads. 

Coordinating with the team (merchandise, sales, marketing) on upcoming launches and key moments and ensuring our paid media campaigns are aligned with all the ongoing changes and leverage product promos to drive conversion. 


Required Skills: 

Bachelor’s degree in any field or minimum 5+ years experience; Master’s degree is a plus 

2+ years of proven experience designing and executing large scale integrated digital advertising campaigns for big-budget, eCommerce or hardware devices; operating in in-house marketing or agency roles with a strong skew to performance media (direct response) 

Experience with advertising offerings with a primary focus towards direct response advertising solutions, including SEM, GDN, Shopping Ads, Remarketing and YouTube. 

Strong knowledge of measurement approaches, ad operations. 

Strong analytical and quantitative skills—must have both an interest and skill in analyzing and making meaning out of data and translating that into actionable changes 

Excellent written and oral communication skills in presenting and delivering key messages to internal and external audiences. 

Strong project and program management skills. Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a complex matrix organization. 

Distinctive problem-solving skills. A keen attention to detail. 

Experience in Adwords, DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center. 

Knowledge of Excel or Google spreadsheets to support
