Digital Mktg Manager

The primary job responsibility of the Digital Marketing Manager is to work with the Vice President of Marketing to 

develop, implement and execute strategic digital marketing initiatives for products, as well as specific apps. Work to develop ecommerce initiatives to support online store and direct app. The 

Digital Marketing Manager will work with the Vice President of Marketing to develop and execute digital 

marketing initiatives that drives downloads, monetizes and delivers awareness for products around core 


In addition, the Digital Marketing Manager will also work to develop online promotions for online store. 

Will actively coordinate campaigns based on key analytics that include mobile marketing, email marketing 

campaigns and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) efforts designed to drive CRO (Conversion Optimization). 

Ability to work with client partners and league licensors, as well as internal and external resources to execute 

digital marketing initiatives. Be a key contributor to the Marketing Team working to support key
events and initiatives. 

Demonstrated leadership, innovative initiatives and understanding of production timelines are keys to success in 

this position. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

 Develop, manage and execute campaigns to drive downloads of apps and drive 

CRO (Conversion Optimization). 

 Develop, manage and execute email marketing and SEO (Organic SEO & Pay Per Click) campaigns in 

support of online store and apps. 

 Develop, manage and execute online marketing/e-commerce campaigns in support products. 

 Ability to develop in-app advertising strategies. 

 Apply expertise in Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, mobile analytics, etc.) to increase customer 

acquisition, drive conversion and retention. 

 Leverage both internal and external analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to develop Retargeting and 

new campaigns geared to various user segments across social platforms and within apps. 

 Digital campaign management including Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, etc. 

 Identify and develop new user acquisition opportunities 

 Work with various internal partners across multiple departments to develop promotions to support
apps and online store. 

 Translates strategies into tactical plans. 

 Strong knowledge and understanding of utilizing social media to drive consumer engagement.

Education &/or Experience: 

 Bachelor’s Degree is required. Marketing/Digital Marketing or Communications major is strongly 


 Knowledge of Analytical Tools (Google Analytics, mobile marketing analytics and internal app tools) 

 Google AdWords 

 SEO 

 CRO (Conversion Optimization)
