Our incredible client in the Northern Chicago Suburbs is looking for a Digital Media Supervisor to join their team. The Digital Media Supervisor oversees a portfolio of new and existing campaigns, contributes to product innovation, assists with account issues, and facilitate a culture of idea sharing. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify opportunities for improvement, propose actionable solutions and execute the solutions in processes, systems, and accounts
Work closely with Technology team providing recommendations, user-experience testing, and support for internal platform development while adapting to Agile software development methodology
Provide added value for clients through thorough analysis, new product suggestions and budget recommendations that will enhance clients’ overall digital marketing strategy
Create story acceptance criteria and pass or fail stories during review process
Manage a team of level specialists through planning, prioritizing and delegating work, increasing overall productivity and quality of work product
Act as key point of contact with Digital Advisors, Field Sales, and Technology teams
Assist the Manager, Digital Media with assigned tasks, training activities, and client interactions as needed
Proactively manage PPC, display, and video programs from strategy to implementation as well as on-going optimization
Achieve account results, analyze key account metrics, and provide recommendations and strategies for continued improvement on a regular basis for self and direct reports
Ensure there are action plans in place for problematic accounts
Provide weekly updates to manager regarding overall account performance
Serve as subject matter expert on all products which are relevant to Digital Media team, acting as a point of contact for other teams who have product related questions/concerns
Drive product innovation and education to our internal teams to help sales team increase client revenue
Support Sales team with new business opportunities, including proposal development
Conduct training and onboarding of new team members as needed
Create annual goals and provide annual reviews as well as on-going feedback for direct reports
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Expert problem solver with first-class analytical skills
Superior Excel knowledge and skills
Solid understanding of relational databases
Executable knowledge of AdWords API
Exceptional computer skills as well as the ability to learn new software quickly and easily
Proven ability to lead small- to mid-sized teams through business volume and climate change
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, using a variety of communication methods to build productive relationships
Demonstrated time management skills
Capacity to seamlessly switch between micro details and macro goals

Adaptability to changing responsibilities, work processes, timeframes, organizational culture or work environment.
Proficiency in Google AdWords, Bing Certification, and Google Analytics

EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of PPC, Google AdWords and Analytics, and Bing paid search experience; Certification preferred but lapsed certification is acceptable
1+ years of Supervisory experience
Digital media or advertising experience, particularly with localized clients/businesses
Bid management software experience
Relational database experience
Agile environment experience preferred

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree desired
Associates degree + relevant work experience is acceptable
