Core Competencies and Duties:
Responsible for display results for assigned client accounts
Develop logic and rationale behind all media decisions
Leverage and maintain strong relationships with vendors
Generate multiple clients’ media plans and jump in where necessary; from trafficking to optimization to management
Ensure contracts are accurate, out clauses are set and billing is established
Approve and actualize invoices
Create timelines, internal and external to remain organized
Social personality - comfortable with talking on the phone, emailing, and seeking answers to questions in a timely manner
Ambition and drive to produce great results for clients
Understanding of responsibilities and willingness/desire to go above and beyond given tasks
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
Accountability and pride in the work you produce


Required Skills and Experience:

At least 3-5 years of display media planning/buying experience required
Ability to plan campaigns involving traditional banners, mobile, tablet, social, email and lead generation opportunities. Remaining up to speed on industry trends in all of these areas is crucial for pitching new ideas to our internal or external teams.
Experience implementing display campaigns across multiple networks, DSPs, or single sites
Experience with Sizmek/MediaMind is a must
Familiar with different types of buying: ex: audience targeting, lookalike modeling, search retargeting
Proficient in Microsoft Excel used specifically for manipulating large amounts of data, pivot tables, lookups, and report creation
Experience presenting in front of clients
Experience working on DR and Branding campaigns of $1M+, and full understanding of metrics used to evaluate these types of campaigns
Aptitude to quickly learn new software tools for monitoring and reporting
Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills
A self-starter with strong multi-tasking skills and close attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Business or related field


Preferred Additional Skills & Experience:

Familiarity with Google Adwords and Google Analytics would be a plus
Familiarity with additional online tools such as Comscore, Nielsen, or Google AdPlanner would be a plus
Understanding of attribution modeling, particularly Convertro
Understanding of marketing automation, particularly Marketo
