Our client is actively seeking a Manager of Digital Media to be responsible for the support of the overall strategy, planning for Digital Media and generation of insights and recommendations to drive their Digital Marketing business. You will be recognized across the organization as a digital media expert with the ability to produce insightful analyses that will directly impact the company’s overall online performance. You will be responsible for performing an everyday management and consulting role for internal business partners, managing external digital media agency and resolving debate with an analytical perspective that synthesizes insights from appropriate sources. The Manager will report to the VP, Digital Marketing and will be based in the Pawtucket, RI offices.
Supports the VP Digital Marketing in the planning and strategy development of all US based digital media programming, working closely with Digital Marketing brand directors, Search Manager, Analytics group and Media agency (this includes day-to-day budget management, trafficking, timeline and schedule ownership and management and oversight of plan execution)
Supports international regions with their digital media planning and development (includes consultation of plans and strategies, budget recommendations, distribution of final plans from other regions and sharing of assets, plans and strategies)
Work directly with Media Agencies to properly track and analyze media campaigns
Tracks trends and metrics and recommends adjustments to media plans and strategies
Manage media agency throughout the planning and execution phases.
Manage multiple agencies performing multiple responsibilities in the overall analytics process.
Collaborate with Data and Analytics team (part of the Digital Marketing organization) to analyze all campaigns and help determine best practices and strategies for upcoming plans.
Measurement / Dashboard / Analysis:
Accountable for requirements development, extracting, tracking and reporting on media performance and quality metrics
Directs the development of research goals and methods for gathering and reporting on media data.
Oversees metrics gathering and reporting process for digital media
Provide hands-on guidance and (when required) personally perform deep-dives using analytical tools on very large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets.
Ensures that analyses remain responsive to current user practices and emerging technologies.
Ensure rigorous quality control over data, analyses and metrics, and organizational clarity and alignment for key business metrics.
