Our client is a global agency and as a result of expanding their offering, is looking for a talented digital professional to implement and develop leading digital media strategies and drive innovation.

Reporting into the Group Account Director your role will be multifaceted meaning you will lead the day to day communication with the client, develop leading digital media strategies and be a manager that leads by example. This involves not just managing workflow but inspiring a talented team of executives.

Your client portfolio boats some of the biggest names in Finance, FMCG and lifestyle brands, so experience working on large accounts is essential:

The be successful in this role you will

Comprehensive training is provided, however you will be required to have:
• 5 years’ experience working within a media agency along with a strong knowledge of Digital media
• Proven track record in analytic s and optimizing campaigns to concrete goals, preferably post click activities
• Experience managing and developing junior staff members
• Exceptional verbal, written, communication and selling skills
• An excellent work ethic, problem solving and proficient time management skills
• Able to work to deadlines in a fast paced agency environment
• Follow instructions and be organized
• Have a passion for learning.
