Digital Media Manager

A major beauty company is looking for a Digital Media Manager for a temp-to-perm position.

This candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Own strategic responsibility for direct response and brand awareness media across all of the company's luxury brands.
- Track, recommend and oversee Luxe media spend, ROI and media campaign metrics with the goal of driving traffic to the websites and enhancing reaching the Luxe online customer through media. - Manage relationships with all media agencies.
- Manage division-wide digital media vendor contracts, budgets, and negotiate brands' rates.
- Work closely with the CMO Media Investment team as well as with each of the the Luxury digital brand teams to brief, plan, execute and report on any and all digital media campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales departments for the design and management of revenue plans and budgets for eCommerce and digital media.
- Partner with Digital IT and analytics to track media campaigns and impact to the website.
- Oversee and distribute monthly spend and SOV and quarterly competitive reports.

Job Requirements:
• At least 7 years of experience in managing and developing digital media campaigns for high volume business-to-consumer eCommerce business.
• Strong knowledge of current digital media trends, strategies, and techniques
• Entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, customer-service orientation, and creativity in problem-solving.
• Ability to identify, scope and implement digital media campaigns while meeting ROI goals.
• Familiar with executive level reporting and communication. Able to clearly communicate digital media concepts to an audience with a wide variation in digital experience.
• Proficiency in digital media KPIs, tracking and online analytics
• Proven track record of driving results and innovation from eCommerce & digital marketing initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree and interest in the beauty industry; MBA preferred, not required.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Multitasker by nature who can manage multiple processes with a high level of quality and consistency.
• Ability to work in a team and to communicate in a clear way.
