Digital Media Jr. Analyst

Large Media & Entertainment company in New York is seeking a Jr. Digital Media Analyst to join their Network TV team. This is a part-time role -- 4 days/week. The Jr. Analyst will support two managers on the team with pulling viewership reports and analyzing data. 

Responsibilities: 

  • ​Support managers on the team with reporting and analysis
  • Provide basic support on market research segmenting, such as surveys 
  • Responsible for taking data and and using it to tell a story to drive revenue for the network 
  • Use comScore and Neilsen to take data and run reports for the marketing teams to push initiatives based on those research analytics
  • Run daily ad hoc qualitative and quantitative surveys and report those up the chain

​Qualifications: 

  • 1-2 years experience working in Analytics field (open to the type) 
  • Must have a hunger for entertainment and TV watching patterns  
  • Someone who wants to work on business side and consumption side of tv 
  • Digital savvy and active on social media 
  • Understanding of the space, that traditional tv is shifting more digital 
  • Strong Excel experience and Microsoft Office Suite 
  • comScore Media Metrix experience a plus 
  • Neilsen @Plan experience a plus 
  • Omniture/Adobe Analytics experience a plus 
  • Masters Degree is a plus
