Our client is a leading financial services company seeking an individual to fill the role of JUNIOR Digital Media/Traffic Coordinator. 2-3 years experience is preferred.

Pay Rate - $23-26hr
Location- Newark, NJ
Monday-Friday normal business hours

This is a great opportunity in a fun, energetic, growing organization for someone who is excited to learn about digital trafficking and online advertising. This person will be responsible for creating and ensuring that the client's online ads meet campaign deadlines and constant monitoring of campaign performance confirming ads are performing to meet the goals and strategy. The Digital Media/Traffic Coordinator position reports directly to the Senior Digital Media Specialist and is part of the larger Media team. This is a junior level position. STRONG MS EXCEL SKILLS ARE A MUST. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EXCEL ASSESSMENT. EXPERIENCE CREATING PIVOT TABLES AND FORMATTING LARGE SWATHS OF DATA IS REQUIRED.



• Collect vendor specs and aggregate to create a least common denominator spec sheet for production
• Work with Producers to generate and QA click-tags and verify assets were built to spec prior to finalizing production
• Track campaign deadlines, understand strategic direction of the campaign and work internally with Producers to attain all required documentation in order to set up digital campaigns within the ad platform in order to meet the deliverable date
• Reviewing digital media plans and advising Digital Media group of any discrepancies
• Collaborating with Analytics and Producers to ensure site-side tracking is in place prior to campaign trafficking
• Deliver traffic instructions in a timely manner to publishers for QA and implementation
• Nurture and maintain positive working relationships with publishers
• Manage live campaigns including weekly quality assurance reports, troubleshoot any technical issues and collecting screen grabs for record keeping
• Manage all communication with outside trafficking vendor- oversee workflow, issues, deadlines and deliverables
• Ensure immediate feedback to the Digital Producer regarding campaign issues or revisions
• Collect and review weekly reporting metrics from publishers to ensure performance is meeting the campaign goals
• Generate IO’s (Media Visor) and enter buys in to MediaOcean


• Knowledge of online ad servers (Dart, Point Roll) and web analytic tools such as Webtrends would be a plus
• General understanding of online advertising workflow process
• Outstanding follow-up/follow through, problem solving and time management skills
• Comfort and experience with a fast paced cross-functional team environment
• Excellent and concise communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues
• Strong attention to detail, team player and great work ethic
• Familiarity with various interactive mediums including: websites, banners, rich media, social, mobile
• Basic knowledge of flash, rich media and HTML
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Advertising operations experience a plus.
• Web-savvy and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
