Our client, a fortune 500 gaming company, is looking for a bright, personable, performance based marketer to join the PBM (Performance Based Marketing) Team, focused on localization and campaign optimization of the Paid Search and Display Advertising campaigns.

We believe a successful candidate has a proven track record of success in driving various aspects of online acquisition such as Paid Search and Display. More importantly, our ideal candidate will need to demonstrate proficiency in at least one or more European language.

Responsibilities of this role include:
· Localization and execution of the EU Paid Search program.
· Localization support for EU Display creative.
· Work closely with PBM team to execute acquisition marketing programs in alignment with product strategy and sales targets.
· Assist in the management of day-to-day execution of the EU Paid Search campaigns.
· Compile regular reports and analyses on program performance and progress highlighting opportunities to optimize and grow the campaigns.
· Implementation of various optimization strategies on a regular basis to ensure campaigns is efficient and cost effective.

Required Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor Degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, Finance or Communications preferred.
· Proficiency in one or more European language outside of English (e.g. German/Italian/Spanish/Russian) is strongly preferred.
· Experience with Paid Search.
· Experience leveraging various 3rd party Paid Search platforms (specifically Kenshoo) is a plus.
· Strong interest and understanding in online direct marketing, including SEO, Affiliates, Social and Mobile campaigns, is a plus.
· Ability to manage multiple projects, to prioritize, and to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong ability to convey ideas and thoughts.
· Self-starter, proactive and resourceful in carrying out work assignments and following through.
· High Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
· Must have a passion, interest and desire to think analytically – providing insights that will be meaningful for growth of responsible programs; metrics driven.
· Experience with a/b and multivariate testing for landing page and creative with the ability to execute on results.
· Understanding of various KPI’s and targets like CPA/ROAS/ROI/LTV.
· Expert knowledge of Google Adwords, Bing Adcenter.
· Ability to use Paid Search Editor tools to enable trafficking and uploading events.
· Understanding of various campaign/ad group and keyword segmentation strategies.
· A passion for video games!
