If so, a fast-growing, well-established, full-service direct marketing company is seeking a skilled candidate to join our fast-growing Digital Media team as an Account Executive! The Digital Media Account Executive will lead digital campaign strategy across one or multiple nonprofit clients to acquire, cultivate and solicit online constituents.

Candidates MUST have three to five years of Internet marketing experience and preferably in an environment extensively using Internet websites and technologies. Having nonprofit experience working with nonprofit fundraising efforts is a plus.
** Strong experience as a project manager coordinating a team to meet deliverables and campaign deadlines;
**Ad campaigns, search engine marketing and other acquisition channels;
**Email campaigns, advocacy, social networking, and mobile marketing Technical savvy preferred;
**Experience with e-CRM platforms Blackbaud, Salsa and Convio, Photoshop, knowledge of CMS, web-editing software, and a working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

The AE will managing fundraising, advocacy and cultivation email initiatives and campaigns including planning, scheduling, copy and graphic development • Create and manage online marketing budget for client including advertising spend and campaign revenue • Assist with creating and implementing paid advertising campaigns, including search advertising, paid online ad placements, ad creation and copy development • Outline, implement and measure campaign testing schedules to ensure timely and effective implementation; make ongoing adjustments to marketing efforts as necessary to optimize results • Oversee production and launch of email and digital marketing campaigns • Assist with negotiating terms with vendors; routing and finalizing of contracts • Coordinate activities with other fundraising channels to ensure that promotions are integrated and messaging is consistent • Produce regular statistics reports and assist with analysis for active marketing and fundraising efforts; maintain overall campaign results to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts • Conduct quality control of web pages and outbound emails • Research new advertising and marketing venues, stay abreast of online marketing trends; develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners • Conduct research on behalf of client mission and new outreach campaigns.
