The primary goal of this position is to drive customer acquisition & revenue growth for product portfolio. The position works with minimal supervision and guidance and is responsible for providing direction internally and externally on the best use of the corporation's online marketing dollars through campaign analysis and management.

Position Responsibilities/Duties
* Lead digital media planning and execution to ensure alignment with Strategy and offline tactics
o Manage digital media placements with a focus on consumer markets (Mass and Multicultural markets).
o Review quarterly, yearly media plans with internal teams & agencies.
o Focus on formulating, implementing and executing effective marketing plans in line with broader company objectives.

* Lead execution of key online growth initiatives with agency and cross-functional teams
o Utilize strong analytical skills to gather and analyze campaign data and utilize the data appropriately across both external and internal teams.
o Identify new online channel growth opportunities

* Liaise with Strategy and Marcom teams to ensure alignment
o Work closely with creative team, marketing analysis team, site team and regional teams with a focus on aligning objectives, deliverables and streamlining communications.

* Drive campaign optimization needs with agency on daily/weekly basis
o Constantly review and adjust performance of digital media with a prime focus on achieving key objectives and maximizing ROI.
o Manage online campaign at each level of execution from planning to optimization

* Define digital media investment mix based on ROI and Online channel Target
o Manage how, when and where media budgets are being spent across all online tactics (i.e. Awareness, Acquisition & Search)

* Implementation of process assurance for day-to-day marketing process to include (agency process, online results management, marketing matrices)

* PMO key Consumer Digital Media projects

* Work closely with digital agencies to plan, implement & execute online marketing plans
o Daily/weekly reporting
o Daily/weekly spend management
o Evaluation of campaign and creative performance
o Manage agency media team for developing and executing media campaigns
o Media strategy planning with agency and internal teams
