Seeking Digital Marketing Analyst to join as a key member of our large financial client’s Firmwide Marketing Digital Strategy team. The candidate is to report to and collaborate with VP, Digital Analytics to enhance the Firmwide Digital Analytics Program – The Center of Excellence – through delivering the actionable key insights through data analysis of both numerical and text values and evangelizing the best practices of data strategy to maintain key digital assets and govern the firm’s digital identity.
The Analyst will be responsible for the regular collection, analysis, and reporting on user behavior on the client-facing website, the corporate intranet, third-party social media destinations and via digital advertising channels.
He / she will assist in The Digital Strategy’s effort to influence internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization to take action based on insights generated from data analysis.

*This is an open-ended contract role (W2, with benefits) to start, with ability to convert to perm.

Other duties include:
• Design a next-generation measurement approach consistent with stakeholder objectives that takes advantage of best of breed analytics capabilities
• Ability to process large quantity of web traffic data and extract relevant, actionable insights.
• Enhance and deliver on the current production and distribution of dashboards, reports, and insights
• Analyze social data in the department’s effort to fine tune social listening capabilities and provide the actionable insight for Content Strategy, Product and Integrated Marketing teams
• Support the firm-wide marketing team in their efforts to determine the success of external activities and campaigns including search marketing and display with programmatic audience buying.
• Assist in the Digital Strategy’s effort to influence internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization to take action based on insights generated
• Update and deliver bi-weekly and monthly reports, scorecards/dashboards and key performance reports (using Tableau, Excel, click-stream analytics)
• Manage the reporting and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests

Candidate requirements:
• 5+ years in an web analytics role (financial service industry experience is a plus), excellent technical skills, experience analyzing large data sets,
• BA/BS in an analytic field including statistics, math, computer science, engineering or economics.
• Superb communication skills are a must – written, verbal, PPT and presentation.
• Admin-level expertise Adobe Analytics (formerly Omniture SiteCatalyst)
• Expert Level in BI tools, including Excel, Tableau
• Proficiency or experience with:
- DoubleClick for Advertisers and its impression reporting system
- Data Management System such as Adobe Audience Manager or BlueKai
- Attribution model such as Merkele
- Database query tools, such as SQL, MySQL, Business Objects etc.
