Digital Marketing/Project Manager

Aquent's client, a large national telecom company has a need for a Contractor to provide the services listed here. This contract is for a 12 month term with the possibility extending for duration of the contract (30 months) based on the needs of the Client and and performance of the worker. This position is FULL time and requires the candidate to be ONSITE in their Basking Ridge, NJ offices. The consultant will manage the day-to-day efforts of the client's Retail business, supporting all applicable digital merchandising efforts. S/he will support the senior team working closely with agency partners to manage and execute individual projects ensuring they are completed on time, on budget and on strategy.

Primary Job Responsibilities
Ability to lead strategy, use technology solutions and work with partners to create best in class digital retail experiences.

Full Cycle Project Management:
Responsible for management and coordination of multiple projects. Tasks include; project brief writing, creative reviews and collection of feedback, legal review coordination, project roll out, testing, optimization and recaps. Manage project schedules, client/team status reports; proactively communicating job status to the senior team, other partners as appropriate.

Cross Channel Integration:
Responsible for communication and integration with inter and cross channel teams. This is important as projects tend to have many key stakeholders who all play a role in the successful launch of a product or service. Successful candidate will manage the ongoing communication with these stakeholders for applicable projects. One specific area is collaborating with planning & engineering teams to drive inputs into the customer journey or integrating the marketing messaging within a product or service.

General Production Coordination:
Coordinates interactive experiences and video production. Tasks may include; Product and app demos, voice over supervision, audio/track selection, image sourcing, and staging reviews.

Analytics / Reporting:
Manages and reviews ongoing reporting needs. Delivers additional reporting needs to senior team based on request.

Works with agency partners to gather data and report on client's and competitors’ use of creative, interactive, and other relevant marketing mediums and strategies; gathers data and reports general industry research including trends and consumer information; assists with preparation of weekly, monthly, and/or annual audits.

 Understands project budgets and financial management processes

Required Experience
 7+ years work experience. Including 3 years managing digital programs/managing or working at an agency. Relevant consumer marketing experience in the retail channel or technology fields.
 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience
