Digital Marketing/Ecommerce Specialist

We are looking for a phenomenal and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist for our client that desires a passionate driven individual for their team. This is a contract to hire Full-Time opportunity. This individual will be reporting to the CEO & COO and will be responsible for running PPC (Adwords/Bing/FB) and SEO optimization while maintaining an emphasis on GROWTH and REVENUE BUILDING. EXECUTION is KEY! Only Candidates with experience managing PPC and are highly analytical and driven must apply.

ESSENTIAL
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan,
manage, and execute Paid Search / Pay Per Click (PPC)
campaigns, including but not limited to strategy
development, organization, and management
Responsible
for ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign
objectives, including daily management of campaign
budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management,
negative keyword strategies, website and category
exclusions, ad creative, and landing page revisions based
on performance history and the client's objectives
Strategize,
manage and execute advanced SEO campaigns - Keyword
Research, Page optimization, Authority building, Technical
analysis, Competitive Analysis, Search/digital behavior
research

Daily
use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including
but not limited to Google Analytics
Focus
on improving on-site metrics including conversion rate,
abandonment rate, and AOV
Possess
clear understanding of the brand, lifestyle and products,
and transfer this understanding to the PPC campaigns and
SEO


Requirements:

3+
Yrs. Paid Search Experience in professional setting,
ideally 2 years in digital Agency setting

Advanced
computer skills, proven experience in Excel (formulas,
pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)

Bachelor’s
degree required - Programming
/ Computer science / marketing / Math background preferred


Experience
in managing large scale, complex paid search campaigns for
ecommerce companies selling a physical product

Google
Certification (Fundamentals), Analytics and Adwords
Certification, Bing Ads certification

A
strong understanding of other areas of Performance
Marketing, such as Display Media, Email, Affiliates,
Feeds, Mobile, Social Media, Shopping and influence on
Paid Search Activities

Strong
organizational skills, detailed orientation and project
management ability - Basecamp is a plus

Ability
to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, be decisive
under ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines

Mastered
understanding of reported metrics and ability to generate
action plans from them

Strong
written skills and experience writing ad copy that is both
effective and optimized
