Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager

Job Description:
 Develop and execute overall digital marketing and social media strategies to enhance their clients' digital presence in relation to a client’s overall marketing strategy
 Initiate SEM and PPC strategies to execute marketing plans, track lead generation and marketing goals.
 Oversee day-to-day management of client social and digital accounts and AdWords to ensure highest level of service and best execution on strategy
 Attend client meetings as requested and present interactive strategy and plan.
 Develop and oversee digital analytics to set benchmarks, track success and refine strategy for website, social media, content and email marketing activity for clients
 Copywriting for social and email, running social ad campaigns, setting up Google Analytics
 Identify and engage digital partnership relationships and opportunities, including new business opportunities
 Build a toolkit (3rd party social and digital tools/companies) and standard operating procedures for staff.
 Manage external vendors and consultants with regards to online marketing
 Work with other staff members to ensure consistent delivery of Marketing Matters clients goals

Skills and Qualifications:
 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or social marketing, preferably at a marketing firm/ad agency
 Google Adwords and Analytics Certified
 Exceptional knowledge of PPC advertising with 3-5 years’ experience managing PPC accounts.
 Proven success in developing, executing and tracking digital strategies and campaigns
 Knowledge of best practices for SEO including search engine spiders, algorithms and search engine ranking factors.
 Knowledge of social media platforms, especially Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, and other important platforms with a strong sense of different community behaviors and experience
 Collaborative personality - someone with the ability to work with a team and can articulate a point of view and finish tasks on a timeline
 Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously- multitask oriented
