A Financial Services Company is seeking a new addition to their Strategic Development & Marketing Department. This position provides the unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast-paced, innovative firm as an integral member of a collaborative team. In this newly created role, the Digital Marketing and Operations Manager will lead the effort to create a digital marketing discipline leveraging the firm’s new CRM system and email marketing automation platform (Microsoft Dynamics and Click Dimensions), while coordinating the efforts of the Marketing and Sales teams. This will require leading a strategic and tactical shift from “blast” emails to more targeted, data-driven emails as part of multi-channel campaigns focused on lead generation and nurturing. The ideal candidate is passionate about pushing the boundaries of digital marketing within the confines of a heavily regulated industry, intrigued by behavioral finance, and eager to make a meaningful and measurable impact.

The Digital Marketing and Operations Manager will:
• Develop and execute one-time and automated drip / nurture email marketing campaigns using the Click Dimensions platform
• Coordinate with content creators and Compliance & Legal to ensure timely execution of compliant campaigns with consistent messaging
• Coordinate the execution of campaigns across all digital channels (including the blog, social media, video, and email)
• Understand and segment the firm’s client and prospect database to build targeted campaign distribution lists
• Develop and maintain a shared content marketing editorial calendar across all digital channels
• Liaise with the Sales Operations Manager to glean sales insights and ensure that sales and marketing efforts are well coordinated
• Identify opportunities to tie the shared content marketing editorial calendar to the sales calendar
• Identify opportunities to convert “cold” prospects to “warm” prospects through digital channels
• Build test frameworks to continually improve email campaign performance metrics
• Lead the creation of dashboards that track lead generation and the effectiveness / ROI of campaign activity and techniques
• Stay current with the latest B2B and B2C digital marketing and marketing automation practices in the Financial Services industry
