Digital Marketing Support Specialist - Spanish

In this assignment for Aquent's client, you will play a critical role in client's success, supporting sales teams, advertisers and products that enhance business potential by consistently providing scalable product solutions, reliable information based on efficient, consultative analysis and timely communications. Alongside support and troubleshooting work, they partner with sales, product management and engineering to focus on developing innovative, scalable support solutions that effectively serve their growing customer base. As a Support Specialist, you will act as a critical means of support for sales teams and customers, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, improving it all the time. In this specialist role you will become a product expert, focused on handling troubleshooting tasks so that the sales teams can concentrate their efforts on client-specific activities.

Top Daily Responsibilities:
1. Provide best in class customer service to external Advertising clients.
2. Lead advertising campaign setup, delivery, monitoring and reporting
3. Support regional Sales pitch deck creation
4. Influence the team's Sales Operations Process

Additional Responsibilities:
- Working with global external clients (ad agencies, marketers) to collect assets for campaign setup.
- Act as the campaign specialist supporting inquiries, troubleshooting issues and for existing customers as well as internal sales account teams.
- Manage sales and customer inquiries related to campaign delivery troubleshooting and resolving issues from sales teams and advertisers, agencies & partners.
- Manage creative handling for clients including checking for conformance and applying any customizations on creatives based on tools provided
- Engage with cross-functional partners to resolve issues
- Implement, test and monitor ad campaigns and brand lift studies
- Create campaign status reports and post campaign analysis.
- Working with Program Manager Lead to create quarterly pitch decks for Sales teams in each region (Indonesia, India).
- Support ad hoc pitch deck requests for Regional account teams.
- Contribute to the development of internal products and processes, including developing documentation and training materials
- Contribute to Monetization strategy including providing market feedback
- Support pre-sales by creating custom pitch decks for Sales

Required Skills:
- BA/BS degree
- 1-2 years of experience of using DoubleClick for Publishers or AdWords or other online display advertising systems.
- Excellent communications, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluency in Spanish

Nice to haves
- Customer focus with strong communication skills and client facing experience, ideally of a technical nature
- Experience in an online advertising role and familiarity with the ad serving industry and internet technologies
- Being extremely proactive, organized, responsible, and having the proven ability to work well with a team
