Digital Marketing Strategist

oriented non-profit in the dynamic healthcare industry.

We are looking for a digital strategist who likes to take initiative, roll up their sleeves, and dig into all

aspects of challenging lead generation problems. You have a can-do attitude and are willing to explore

new territory with vigor and sense of ownership. You must be energetic, driven, thoughtful, collaborative, a

master of time management, and enjoy working with people in a variety of roles across multiple



• Conduct market segmentation, including researching current client segments, market research and list


• Create and execute customer-based digital marketing acquisition and retention strategies

• Manage all digital lead generation activities and across key platforms including email marketing

automation, website, paid and organic search (SEO, SEM, PPC), targeted display and remarketing

• Design and implement search optimization across platforms—web and social media

• Collaborate and communicate with the marketing, sales, account service and government relations to

integrate digital strategies with overall marketing and sales efforts

• Work with creative team to develop effective emails and ads by channel and customer segments

• Use marketing automation platform to create relevant and valuable email messages based on

segments, triggers / rules and drip campaigns

• Manage detailed budget planning, tracking and reporting

• Track and monitor the effectiveness and success of email and ad initiatives using relevant monitoring

tools and a variety of A/B testing

• Employ a consistent best-practice approach and provide expertise for creating email templates,

dynamic content, testing methodologies, list segmentation, and deliverability across all devices

• Oversee quality and testing for email templates

• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations

• Provide input on new website design and responsible for WordPress website updates
