You are hands-on with agency partners and love the real-time analytics. You know your numbers and use them to best respond to customer behavior to drive sales, increase conversion, and improve the customer shopping experience. You have the ‘fire in the belly’ for a great adventure in growing a young brand into a multi-million-dollar Ecommerce success.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a broad Ecommerce job and involves partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams to execute digital strategies. Use proactive ownership to develop and drive initiatives for the US and Canadian markets.

1. Drive online sales performance:
Execute sales initiatives to ensure that the sites deliver the best shopping experience for our customer.
Report on merchandising performance via weekly/monthly dashboards and ad-hoc analysis.

Manage the SEM agency, executing campaigns and promotions.

2. Optimize customer experience and conversion
Using analytics and user feedback, improve the performance of our websites

Get under the skin of customer purchase journey to understand and optimize conversion paths with the goal of increasing the “add to cart” rate, identify and execute a program of A/B tests and improvements.
Monitor and disrupt online competitor site

3. Launch tactical sales promotions
Determine promotional strategies, develop and execute a 12-month promotional calendar. Own and optimize the promotions calendar, collaborating with creative and marketing teams to execute it

4. Content administration and Ecommerce platform tools:
Develop and execute motivating promotions to support seasonal priorities; review performance and ROI, and determine implications/recommendations for future campaigns

What You Need to Succeed:

1. Minimum education level = Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2. 2+ years experience working in Ecommerce or conversion focused websites
3. Track record of commercial success in online with focus on increasing engagement and conversion.

Knowledge, Ability, Skills:
1. Strong analytical skills with ability to make data-led decisions are a must
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively and concisely communicate.
3. Prior experience with site analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
4. An ability to solve problems yourself and not rely on agencies to do it for you. You must be an innovative, relentless and agile problem solver
5. Must be able to work independently with limited supervision, and influence those around you positively to get things done.
6. Proven success working in a small but fast paced environment
7. Proven organization skills
8. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple executions simultaneously
