Vitamin T is looking for a dynamic Sr Digital Marketing Manager (compensation: $100-125k) to define and execute the digital and E-Commerce strategies and the digital user experience businesses globally. This is a high level position and is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan and reports directly to VP of Global Marketing.

Define and execute digital and ecommerce strategies for businesses globally working in close partnership with supporting functions and teams. Strategies will support traditional and digital (web, email, mobile, social) channels and encompass the full customer lifecycle from pre- to post-sale.
•Support the VP of Global Marketing in in executing the digital transformation agenda. Proactively identify and implement required changes to business processes, company culture, technological capabilities, and organizational structure. Define and implement a global digital governance structure. Establish strong partnerships with functions and other key internal/external partners to assure organization-wide alignment and collaboration toward transformation.
•Define the user experience via digital channels (websites, eStores and other online properties). Lead the day-to-day work required to deliver on this experience, developing requirements for, and ensuring execution of, internal partners (Marcomm, Digital Creative, CRM, Sales, Support, etc.) and outside agencies. Responsibilities span both content and functionality. Define business requirements for new digital platform functionality (including web, mobile, social, email/CRM) and support implementation/migration.
•Provide strategic leadership and guide the day-to-day management of SEO and PPC programs, managing internal and 3rd party resources to deliver a strong ROI.
•Shape integrated multi-channel digital marketing programs and campaigns, spanning web, mobile, social, search (SEO and PPC), and email marketing, partnering with Marketing Managers and other members of the Digital Team.
Preferred Experience:
•Experience in building and managing data-driven 1:1 marketing programs spanning the full customer lifecycle
•Color specification, graphics, printing or packaging industry experience.
•MBA
•Lean Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification
