Digital Marketing Specialist (contract to hire)

Our client is a full service, integrated agency with proven ability to deliver across digital, technical, and ongoing consulting engagements.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will build strategies, manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including display advertising, social media advertising, and/or paid search campaigns for clients in a variety of industries, most specifically B2B. You will be responsible for conducting thorough audience and competitor research, developing audience/keyword targeting strategies, providing creative suggestions, messaging, and strategic oversight of in-market campaigns. Very important that you can thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that requires excellent communication skills and a positive and collaborative attitude.


  • Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years’ experience in an agency environment
  • Experience in display and social media advertising
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, including the setup, management and execution of campaigns
  • Experience in analytics tools for campaign tracking and reporting
  • Experience in creative campaign development/process
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Excellent problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or similar

  • Preferred:
  • Experience in search marketing campaign execution, from strategy and research to implementation, optimization, and reporting
  • Google Analytics Certification
