Digital Marketing Specialist (With Eloqua)

Looking for an opportunity where you can make significant contributions to the team? This is an excellent contract opportunity for you to pitch in and make a difference!
This is a varied digial marketing position including lead generation, analytics, social media and more.

In this position you will:

Lead Generation:

- Develop, execute and optimize digital efforts, including paid and organic marketing, display advertising, and email marketing.

- Develop and manage campaigns to drive new online lead acquisition and lead engagement working closely with product marketing and sales teams.

- Manage search engine optimization activity to boost organic lead and traffic acquisition

- Identify opportunities to segment and leverage marketing database to attain higher engagement.

- Develop and optimize ad creative, emails, newsletters, audience segments, ad networks, and landing pages.


Web and Campaign Analytics:

- Measure and report on campaigns including creating monthly and quarterly reports on metrics and ROI

- Monitor acquisition activities to budget, key performance indicators and other benchmarks.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on the development of web performance goals and specific metrics

- Create and deliver stakeholder reports and insights as required

- Integrate web analytics with marketing campaigns and activities


Lead Management/Scoring

- Initiate and conduct follow-up communications with sales as needed to ensure progression of leads to opportunity stages.

- Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of lead generation and nurturing activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length.

- Collaborate with IT and CRM administrator as needed on integration between marketing automation platform and the CRM.


Web content management and creation:

- With internal peers to contribute to discussions to generate improvements of all web assets

- Coordinate content production and publishing; write, edit and/or work with vendors and product teams to create a variety of online marketing communication materials as required

- Work closely with IT organization on all technical issues, including system architecture

- Collaborate with product teams on e-store updates and improvements


Social media:

- Collaborate with broader market teams on social media strategies to drive awareness and support campaigns



You should have:

- A degree or diploma, preferably in marketing or business administration

- 2-5 years’ experience in web and online marketing

- A good understanding of online strategy, tactics and analytics

- Strong analytical skills

- Strong team player with the ability to work in a matrix environment in a global company

- Ability to lead and manage projects independently and to work under tight deadlines

- Passionate and knowledgeable about online marketing

- Excellent writing and editing skills

- Experience with content management systems, preferably Sitecore

- HTML editing skills

- MUST HAVE: Experience working with Eloqua or similar marketing tool

Nice to haves:

- Broad marketing experience, such as product marketing, marketing communications, and public relations

- Graphic design skills and experience

- Experience in telecommunication industry and/or B2B marketing experience
