Digital Marketing Specialist Needed Immediately!

The Digital Marketing Specialist reports to the Associate Director, Digital Marketing and is responsible for operational aspects of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include:
• Create, edit, test and send email marketing campaigns and coordinate with internal partners for requirements and with the design team to get necessary creative
• Develop forms and simple landing pages
• Monitor email campaigns and advise Marketing Managers on campaign results
• Monitor and optimize Google Adwords PPC text, video and banner display campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns on other platforms including Uberflip, LinkedIn and more
• Manage straightforward CMS changes; Edit, modify, resize and create images and PDFs
• Create reports and communicate results to internal partners for marketing campaigns
• Perform analysis that will deliver incremental value through support of marketing initiatives for all channels
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in marketing automation (MARKETO) and demand generation (campaign design, integrated digital marketing across multiple platforms).
• Salesforce.com experience a plus.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
Technical Skills:
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Understanding of marketing automation software (Marketo or similar system)
• Knowledge of HTML and the basic principles of JavaScript
• Knowledge of FTP and FTP client app settings
• Experience in using Drupal is a plus
• Knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator / any other image editing tool
