Vitamin T has a new client who is looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist!

The position could be located in Cincinnati, OH; Louisville, KY or Indianapolis, IN.

The Digital Marketing Specialist drives digital subscription growth and promotes and engages audiences in the brands and products via digital marketing channels. The duties include but are not limited to development and implementation of web promotions, email, social media campaigns, and lead generation programs.

The Digital Marketing Specialist develops various testing models to optimize sales and marketing performance from digital marketing channels and implements sales plans to achieve sales goals. The Specialist will oversee landing page testing and design with the goal of improving sales conversion rates. In addition, the individual manages local digital retention and engagement efforts to retain customers acquired from digital channels. This position is responsible for multiple sites throughout the Midwest area.

In this role you will:
- Effectively execute digital sales plans to grow subscriptions across multiple channels at multiple sites.
- Increase engagement with subscriber offerings to increase loyalty and market penetration.
- Collaborate on and monitor integrated campaigns using a variety of digital resources and tools including SEM, social media, email marketing and other internal and external available resources.
- Collaborate with Consumer Marketing product development team to drive sales, retention and engagement efforts.
- Monitor digital retention and engagement programs, with the goal of extending the average life cycle of a customer and improving customer loyalty.

- College degree with specialization in marketing and/or communications preferred.
- Five years of sales and marketing communications, or relevant business experience required.
- Excellent digital sales and marketing skills are essential for this position. To be successful, individual must possess strong project management and problem solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Must have solid digital knowledge. Intermediate level use off Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of SEM, social media and digital marketing tools. Well-versed in sales, methods, channels and analysis.
- Must be able to develop and execute successful digital sales and marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure sales and engagement goals are met.
- Ability to develop and expand relationships with vendors, internal customers, external customers and area businesses is essential in this role.
- Must be able to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
