Digital Marketing Specialist

Global gaming brands seeks a highly qualified candidate for the position of Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing and reporting on paid media activities to drive awareness and revenue through the Company Store. This person will also support expansion plans to launch services in LATAM countries. The responsibilities listed are not all inclusive and additional duties may be assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns in the Americas (US, CA, MX, BR, and others). This includes:
• Working closely with cross functional teams to write creative briefs, consolidate team feedback, maintain accurate calendars, and secure legal approvals.
• Ensure digital banners, paid search and social channels are in-market on time with accurate messaging.
• Direct and coordinate third party agency teams including: digital media, paid search, SEO, affiliate, creative and social. Main point of contact for agencies’ questions.
• Measure and analyze online marketing campaign performance.
• Continuously improve media spend ROI with a focus on driving revenue and subscription sign ups.
• Report monthly on KPIs and generate actionable recommendations.
• Adapt campaigns in real-time based on performance information.
• Ensure Omniture/SiteCatalyst, Google Analytics, and agency pixel tracking tools are accurately setup to capture KPIs for reporting as well as retarget consumers.
• Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and test new strategies that may improve campaign performance.

Qualifications:
• 1+ years digital marketing experience
• Expert in paid search best practices
• Strong understanding of digital marketing reporting metrics
• Superior quantitative and analytical skills
• Experience with web analytic tools (Google Analytics & Omniture/SiteCatalyst preferred)
• Very strong with Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced presentation skills; Ability to present to upper-management clearly and concisely
• Highly detail oriented and adapt quickly to change

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• MBA with marketing concentration
• Knowledge of French/Spanish/Portuguese a plus
• Strong interest in video games and entertainment
