Digital Marketing Specialist

Along with the Senior Manager, the Marketing Specialist, will work on executing marketing programs and providing reporting for marketing efforts related to SYW Shop, SYW Discover and strategic partners programs. This includes partnering with external agencies and internal teams on the 360 channel execution including email, social, in-store, digital display, SEO and SEM campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate engagement plan and launch execution across all owned, earned and paid channels
• Facilitate the marketing Calendar that organizes tests and messages on a weekly basis
• Act as liaison between channel owners and team
• Review and proof creative for marketing assets in coordination with manager
• Consolidate feedback from all stakeholders on marketing collateral
• Gather and analyze reports of launched campaigns, develop on-going scorecard of efforts in each channel and summarize results on a weekly basis

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree required

• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects at one time. Ability to absorb data to develop insights that leads to a strategy
