Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will provide the Digital Marketing manager with support during a new Enterprise system implementation. Specifically, you will assist with cutover and post go live activities as they pertain to marketing and risk management. e.g. Canadian Anti-Spam legislation (CASL). Participate in data governance and data quality/cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and completeness. You will serve as a primary point of contact for an ERP Yammer support group and also act as the frontline between the ERP support services centre and the end-user community. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required as well as detailed data entry.


RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist with data conversion validations and testing.
2. Support daily operations by assisting end-user requests, inquiries and troubleshoot marketing related issues as it pertains to the new enterprise systems landscape.
3. Act as 1st point of contact and follow protocol for incident resolution and be the liaison between the ERP Support Services Center and the Brand, Marketing and Communications team.
4. Monitor the ERP System Yammer support group for marketing related questions and work with the digital marketing manager to construct responses.
5. Update/add/import contact records in InterAction/SAP Cloud for Customer.
6. Assist with data-cleansing activities across all marketing applications.
7. Maintain and ensure contact data integrity is compliant with the Canadian Anti-Spam legislation (CASL). I.e. monitor consent segmentation models, consent campaigns and follow up with end-users to ensure their contact records include an “Existing Business Relationship”.
8. Provide internal project status reporting. Actively participates in status meetings with the Digital team.
9. Maintain and update digital marketing process documentation.
10. In addition to new projects, this role will spend about 50% of their time helping end-users with the new enterprise system implementation and supporting the digital marketing manager with manual workarounds until the new functionality is built.

QUALIFICATIONS
• 3-5 years’ experience as a data administrator working with sales & marketing, CRM.
• Experience with at least one ERP system required; SAP Cloud for Customer and/ or SAP CRM experience strongly preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent technical skills, as well as the ability to learn new software.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities; Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the Canadian Anti-Spam legislation (CASL).
• Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
• Experience working in global business environment.
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Approximate start date: December 7, 2015 with duration of job anticipated to be 6 months to 1 year.
