Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for end to end marketing operations, including: executing web marketing campaigns through marketing automation platform, (Eloqua), including email marketing, creating landing pages, and editing web pages using CMS, GoogleAds execution management, and dashboards and reporting. The Program Manager, Marketing Operations reports to the Director, Global Digital Marketing, and works collaboratively with the digital marketing team, agencies, and IT.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manages the landing pages process. This includes creating the landing pages by using marketing automation tools; managing the implementation of tactical tasks associated with personalized landing pages, lead capture forms, and advanced dynamic content in email campaigns and lead scoring rules.
• Handles the tactical development and deployment of forms and landing pages tied to campaigns.
• Owns and drives repeatable demand and nurturing programs to move prospects through the marketing and sales pipeline as well as drive user activity among those who using the company's websites and e-commerce channels.
• Proactively identify opportunities to leverage automation to improve marketing effectiveness, including audience segmentation, program and process optimization, reporting and analytics.
• Evaluate and implement third-party solutions to meet the needs of the Global Marketing team’s initiatives.
• Analyze the multi-channel campaign outcomes, create reports and dashboards, and use performance data to drive recommendations for changing channel priorities and testing tactics.
• Collaborates with others in marketing and sales to utilize the websites as a strategic demand generation tool, driving conversion from visitors to leads.
• Evaluate and implement third-party solutions to meet the needs of the Global Marketing team’s initiatives.
• Report monthly project updates against identified project KPI and cost metrics and key learnings from Google Analytics and Site Catalyist in order to recommend improvements.


Required Experience:
• BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent technical degree and/or a combination of education and related experience.
• 3+ years’ experience working on a variety of web marketing campaigns with strong emphasis on direct marketing and demand generation operational creation, tracking and execution in a B2B international technology company.
• Hands on proven experience using marketing automation solutions ( Eloqua and/or Marketo).
• Strong understanding and execution skills of demand generation, lead lifecycle, lead nurturing and lead management.
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• History of being a hands-on, individual contributor.
• Proven knowledge of key marketing principles and the creative development and execution process.
• Process and task orientation with strong attention to details.
• Analytical skills with direct experience with Google Analytics/SiteCatalyst, spreadsheets, databases, or other similar systems
• Demonstrable business acumen, determination, self-starter and teamwork values.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work with individuals and groups at all organizational levels.

Other Helpful Education or Experience:
• HTML knowledge and skills.
• Basic understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong skills developing and executing successful white-hat SEO campaigns
• Someone who has experience with content management Adobe CQ5 and Webmaster tools
• Someone who has direct experience using Google Analytics and/or SiteCatalyst to identify detailed improvements to website performance
