Digital Marketing Specialist

Firebrand are exciting to be partnering with this leading University who are currently searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help support and continue
to grow their already extensive digital channels.

Reporting to the head of Digital Marketing Projects you will be working within a highly collaborative team environment where recommendations on strategy will be fostered and supported. This is a
hands on role where you will be working across key digital channels including Content, Social, UX, Reporting, SEO, Web in conjunction with some traditional marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of campaign development and execution across key channels
• Management of CMS, content editing across various assets
• Reporting on campaign effectiveness (using Google Analytics) and providing recommendation for improvement
• Management of creative development utilising internal services and external agencies
• Involvement of UX and User Journey mapping, understanding of device specific behaviours, setting realistic user paths, landing pages and conversion goals.
• Ownership of digital media briefing and managing digital media campaign strategy including prospecting, retargeting (RT) and search.
• Social media messaging, tracking and reporting.
• Ownership of GTM ( Google Tag Manager), creating triggers and associated tags for campaigns to monitor conversions
• Site testing, testing campaign landing pages for usability and conversion goals
• Content management of video content including scripts, production organisation, visual style, including briefing and management of content agency
• Management of SEO using monitoring tool Brightedge (BE), optimise pages in CMS using recommendations
• Ad hoc marketing tasks, organise and coordinate video shoots; suppliers, talent, staff and stakeholders, print advertising management
• Media agency management including ATL advertising booking and account optimisation

Key Requirements
• 4 years+ in a digital centric marketing role
• Strong experience across key digital marketing channels
• Reporting on campaign effectiveness (using Google Analytics)
• Strong CMS experience, experience with Squiz or similar
• SEO experience, ideally experience using monitoring tool (they use Brightedge).
