Firebrand are exciting to be partnering with this leading International Financial organisation with the search for a Digital Marketing Specialist. Working within
a small and nimble digital team who work across a huge array of exciting digital projects across Web, Mobile, UX, Social, Analytics, Digital Marketing to name just a few, no two
days are the same which is what makes it such a truly unique and interesting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consult on effective information design of the companies Australian websites assets
• Assist various business units in achieving their online strategy and objectives across Social, Mobile, Web, eDM, Content, Reporting and Analytics
• Influence a high quality and consistent user experience with across all online offerings while maintaining strong brand awareness and identity
• Responsible for making recommendations in the process of online development towards the user experience
• Continually evaluate and make recommendations to improve our online offerings from a brand, usability, conversion and optimisation
• Consult all across all aspects of online activity including usability, information design requirements, branding and general online knowledge
• Maintain awareness of trends in usability and information design in the online environment
• Provide regular reporting on relevant online metrics to business across key digital channels
• Responsible for providing high quality and consistent user experience
• Responsible for raising awareness of the advantages of the online channel for marketing and communications purposes
• Responsible for regular social media monitoring
• Effectively manage a broad range on internal and external stakeholders

Key requirements
• 3-5+ Years experience within a similar broad hands on consultative digital role
• Experience across Social, Mobile, Web, eDM, Content, Reporting and Analytics
• Understanding of SEO principles and their practical application
• Experience with Creative Suite, HTML/CSS and ideally some design experience
• CMS experience across ideally with CQ5 or similar
• Working experience across tools such as Radian6 and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of current usability and accessibility trends, teachings and industry standards

This is very unique and broad role, we are looking for a very hands on digital expert, someone who is fascinated and experience across a broad range elements of the digital mix. To be
considered for this role your experience must demonstrate your breadth of digital experience.
