Firebrand are exciting to be partnering with this leading international cosmetics brand for the exclusive search for a leading Digital Marketing Specialist.
Partnering with the Digital Marketing Manager you will be working within a highly collaborative marketing and brand team where you will
take ownership across a broad range of digital strategy, campaign management in close conjunction with external agencies.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the search strategy and workflow with management of Search agencies to drive traffic to owned properties
• Management of PPC media spend including analysis of targeting, CPC and content to ensure optimum brand positioning and reach for target pillars and terms against KPI’s.
• Drive for constant progression of natural search rankings through the implementation and management of Search optimizations between Search and Digital agencies
• Ongoing tracking and analysis on search behavior and incremental ranking increases aligned with category strategies and against KPI’s
• Contribute to overall eCRM program implementation, management and reporting, driving acquisition and engagement of costumers against global KPI’s.
• Management of the email program, including approval on all design and copy, working with local and global agencies in alignment with global initiatives
• Oversee the management and maintenance of CRM/Email Marketing technical infrastructure working with local digital agencies and 3rd parties
• Ensure best practice implementation of eCustomer Relationship Marketing (eCRM) and Email Marketing
• Strategic campaign support for Brand Managers, ensuring digital ecosystem is correctly leveraged, utilised and driven within marketing and brand guidelines
• Drive brand attributes and behavior within the digital ecosystem and campaigns i.e. drive alignment between paid, owned and earned channels.
• Driving the social media content strategy to build engagement and relationships with our audiences
• Working with the social agency and ensuring strategic alignment with the digital master brand strategy and key category/product strategies
• Social agency management including briefing, review and approval of all content across key social channels.
• Manage workflow between social agency and internal teams including Brand Managers and Consumer Services.
• Working in collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager and PR agency to identify synergies between digital and earned media activities (online).
• Management of always on Facebook media spend including analysis of targeting, CPM/CPC and ad variants to ensure the optimum reach for branded content against social media strategy.
• Ensure best practice implementation of social media marketing and buying

Key Requirements

• 5 years+ internal Digital Marketing experience across all key digital channels (email, Search, CRM, Social, Content)
• Extensive campaign management working in close conjunction with internal stakeholders
• Extensive experience with managing external agencies (Digital, PR, Social, Media, Search)
• Experience communicating key campaign reporting and analysis to internal stakeholders
• Continuous research on trends and developments in the online/digital space and identify opportunities to build brand credibility in the digital ecosystem
• Digital education and advocacy: provide coaching / support to a broad range of stakeholders
