I currently have a Digital Marketing Strategist position available.

Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will report to the Associate Director, Marketing Communications and work closely with the Product and Clinical Marketing leaders. This individual will be responsible for executing strategic digital marketing plans, digital media development and management, and content creation for digital communications materials. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all published content conforms to corporate messaging policies and abides by industry promotional regulations.

Main Responsibilities/Main Tasks

• Assess and enhance the online customer experience to improve budget attainment objectives and increase customer advocacy
• Develop and maintain a relationship with key vendors including agencies and digital organizations in order to ensure key business goals are met
• Update and manage Americas web portals with messaging on an on-going basis
• Apply Search Engine Optimization [SEO], Search Engine Marketing [SEM] and Google Analytics expertise to reach our stakeholders more effectively
• Collaborate with the Communications and Product Management teams to implement digital marketing to ensure that the digital strategy is integrated with value proposition messaging, sales activities, and brand development goals
• Responsible for developing and executing social media and e-marketing strategies, including direct and hands-on management of campaigns
• Manage key metrics to ensure that digital marketing activity is optimized to deliver against established goals
• Identify trends, emerging issues, or major events that may impact communications
• Support other digital marketing-specific initiatives as necessary

Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, design or a related discipline
• Expertise with web CMS systems (Wordpress, custom, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
• Proficiency with current social media channels and e-marketing platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Vimeo, Constant Contact, and others)
• Strong blogging and storytelling skills (comfortable tweeting, etc.)
• Ability to conceptualize and lead the development of effective and creative digital marketing deliverables, such as web content, mobile apps, etc.
• Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to simplify complex messages and topics into easy-to-understand language
• Ability to work independently, and with teams that have diverse skills, knowledge, and educational backgrounds
• Self manages workload and projects in order to support internal clients and meet required deadlines with a commitment to excellence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook]; Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
