Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the business by coordinating the development, delivery, and tracking of a wide range of integrated marketing communication activities via a Marketing Automation System & Contact Management platform. This individual will be the main point-person managing the execution of a variety of detailed multi-channel marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist will coordinate both internal and external resources. The ideal candidate will have experience with Marketing/Sales CRM, Campaign Management, Email Client, and back-end ROI Metrics analysis.

General Description:
* Gather initial campaign specs / requirements and facilitate in assigning campaign action items
* Campaign set-up activities via online Marketing Automation system
* Track campaigns and prepare performance analysis / KPI metrics
* Coordinate internal and external resources for campaign creation and execution
* Facilitate the creation process for compelling marketing messaging
* Manage the segmentation processes within the Contact Database platform
* Manage Google AdWords pay-per-click campaigns
* Create custom toll-free-numbers and manage call tracking system
* Manage lead flow processes and scripting
* Monitor online web and landing page activities
* Identify potential new strategic marketing initiatives
* Identify opportunities to improve current marketing systems and processes
* Utilize multi-channel data to uncover market trends and customer behaviors
* Collaborate with other functional departments on strategic initiatives
* Attend tradeshows, company sponsored promotions, and events as needed
* Manage additional responsibilities and tasks as needed

Required Skills:
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, General Business, or other related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a Marketing field
* Hands-on experience with a CRM, Contact Management / Email Marketing database, or Campaign Management platform
* Ability to generate HTML code using a WYSIWYG such as DreamWeaver
* Ability to edit HTML code for use in email marketing
* ROI / KPI metrics analysis
* Strong communications skills
* MS Office proficiency
