One of our Vitamin T clients is seeking a candidate with a deep understanding of brand management and conversion optimization through a digital channel approach. The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time position that will support the general goals of the company as well as it’s affiliated companies. Requirements will span all online marketing initiatives including Website content, SEO & SEM, video marketing, email blasts, e-surveys and Social Media. This position requires superior communication and organization skills, innovative approach, professionalism, an attention to detail and a passion for online brand development and digital media.

Responsibilities include:
•Manage social media platforms across multiple businesses, including twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Google+
•Develop web copy, blog posts, back links and other related content to support marketing campaigns.
•Execute SEM and other digital Ad campaigns and manage those budgets across multiple channels including; Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, FB
•Analyze Digital Marketing using multiple tools including Google Analytics, WebMaster tools, Conductor, and Analytics SEO
•Develop and execute email marketing campaigns through Hubspot, and Constant Contact

Requirements:
•Marketing and/or Online Marketing Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in online marketing and communications experience, including web, email, social, and video.
•BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business, or work-related experience in copywriting, web/graphic design, advertising, content development, •SEO, and email campaign creation.
•Excellent Writing Skills: The ability to visualize and convey a message into relevant and interesting content, connecting with a range of audiences
•Passion for Learning and Exploring the Unknown: Has the ability to learn quickly (and when he/she can’t figure it out, looks for resources required to). •Willing and eager to try new things to help drive campaigns and make adjustments based on the data.
•Social Competence: Understand (and love) social media and best practices for engaging an audience. Also loves interacting with ALL kinds of people, especially team members.
•Thrive in a Entrepreneurial Startup Environment: He/she must thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly-changing, do-it-yourself startup culture.
•Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends, including occasional travel.
