Digital Marketing Specialist

This Digital Marketing Specialist role is a well rounded digital role focused on the following industry segments:
• Information and Communications Technology
• Aerospace & Defense and
• Medical Equipment Technology
You will be responsible for managing all digital marketing activities for these segments, including managing industry related business service pages such as: Enterprise Services and Product Lifecycle Management.

Your main responsibilities for this position include:
Website:
• Create and update content on the global website
o Project management through the Central Publishing team
• Update featured content as well as personalized content on a monthly basis
• Looking at ways to promote new and existing content on the website as well as through social media channels
• Posting reports: these reports need to be run monthly to check the tagging on the website–corrections must be made if necessary

Organic Insights:
• Organic Insights is a tool that allows us to report on our SEO effectiveness. On a bi-weekly basis you will be required to create a spreadsheet for the maintenance of this system
Shared Mailbox:
• On an ADHOC basis you will be required to arrange a shared mailbox which will allow the client teams to either log into the mailbox or have the e-mails forwarded directly to their inbox
Microsites:
• Project management of the microsite from sourcing cost estimates from various IM approved agencies to the testing and delivery of the microsite
• Monthly updates are required and you will update using the CMS or work closely with the agency to update the site
• If the microsite is secure then you will need to grant users access via the Account Management Tool (AMT)
• Quality assurance – making sure all Internet marketing usability and best practices are in place
• Monthly metrics reporting and analysis
Landing pages:
• On an ad-hoc basis you may be required to build landing pages for the client teams (template based)-these pages may have tabs or may just house a video
PPC Campaigns:
• Project management of PPC campaigns
• Ongoing analytics and analysis to make ongoing improvements to paid search campaign
E-mail campaigns:
• Microsites: e-mails will be sent out to our clients to inform them of the site updates – you will be responsible for managing the campaign, relationship between the client team and agencyensuring that the e-mail best practices are in place, and that the email is working correctly before it is executed
• New content: On an ADHOC basis you may be required to send out an e-mail campaign around for new content for the site
• Festive greetings: During the festive season you may be required to send out an e-mail to client teams wishing them well over the festive season
