Digital Marketing Specialist

Our top financial services institute is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage their B2C display program from developing media plans to managing vendor partnerships in achieving program goals. This is a contract to hire position and is an onsite 40 hours/ week position.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the display marketing program, including media planning, buying and campaign optimization
• Work with agency partners to ensure programs are running effectively
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Maintain the media and creative budget and ensure that expenditures are within plan.
• Write creative briefs, including technical requirements and project schedules to provide creative direction to digital media designers
• Develop and execute media test plans. Monitor and report on performance.
• Research new media opportunities, such as pre-roll video, and develop plans for implementation
• Be the B2C liaison with creative services, including the maintenance of the B2C creative status report
• Be the display media subject matter expert, including remaining current of media and creative trends
• May perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising, or related field
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of digital marketing experience with primary focus on display advertising
• Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills
• Creative, yet metrics and analytics driven – ability to translate analytical results into an action plan
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels
• Ability to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
• Team player with strong cross-functional skills
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
