Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing direct response and ROI driven programs, with a proven track record in planning and proactively pushing new and innovative marketing. They should also have knowledge in search engine marketing and mobile marketing.

Successful candidates will be highly analytical, creative, pro-active, self motivated, detail oriented, organized, flexible, and possess the ability to manage and complete multiple projects within aggressive timeframes.

Qualified candidates will have 2-4 years of marketing experience and experience managing or working with an agency. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Consumer Marketing.

Responsibilities:
This position will develop and implement consumer focused marketing programs that drive traffic.
• Manage execution of digital marketing programs – SEM, display, digital video, content marketing, and paid social programs
• Manage development of campaign assets: image, copy, flash banner, pre-roll, etc.
• Manage weekly campaign performance reporting, impact, analysis, and optimization
• Assist SEM team with analysis of programs as they relate to digital marketing efforts
• Manage research programs using search and social monitoring tools
• Produce and maintain web site, product and content assessment across all devices
• Effectively communicate program and campaign performance to all applicable audiences
• Effectively process the SEM/DR advertising budget and invoicing

Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of marketing and advertising experience including digital advertising experience
• Experience working with or for advertising agencies
• Proven track record of campaign strategy, development, execution, and management
• Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, detail-oriented, accurate, professional and accountable
• Experience effectively managing budgets
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and keep numerous projects on track and on budget
• Highly motivated, resourceful, problem solving, self starter with the ability to make decisions in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presenting skills.
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field required.
