Digital Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist will be part of a team responsible for executing and implementing marketing programs with respect to client's corporate brand, existing and new products, and services. These programs are targeted to client's prospects, customers, and partners and will help drive and meet growth and revenue objectives. This position will work collaboratively with other members of the Marketing team, Product Management, Sales, and outside agencies/vendors to ensure aligned execution of marketing activities. The Marketing Specialist will be part of high-performing Marketing team for a dynamic, fast-paced software company.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate corporate marketing activities including email campaigns, events, and collateral.
• Manage operations and processes associated with lead management and nurturing process.
• Using appropriate reporting and analytic tools, measure campaigns to ensure ongoing success.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with industry associations including sponsorships, events and marketing communications, and providing on-site support as needed.
• Manage inventory of marketing materials, presentations, sales tools, target lists and press coverage.
• Work with promotions vendors to source and procure branded merchandise.
• Perform departmental administrative tasks (e.g. track budget, coordinate purchasing and contracts, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience working with online marketing channels, including email marketing tools, CRM systems and reporting suites
• 1-2 years of technology marketing experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to apply independent judgment to directions, apply guidelines and make decisions.
• Self-motivated individual who is able to prioritize and multi-task, work well under pressure, meet deadlines and comfortable with identifying and solving problems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively and collaborate in a team environment, as well as work independently with limited supervision.
