Digital Marketing Specialist

One of our valued clients in the Oilfield Services industry is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for a temp to perm role.

Basic function will be to assist with the execution of the various range of web marketing projects and initiatives with the goals of driving brand awareness and campaign effectiveness. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with internal team members to provide reporting, insights and recommendations that ensure efforts deliver on their goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Creation of web content for the website using our CMS platform.
- Coordination with marketers, developers, and business stakeholders to successfully implement interactive web marketing projects.
- Participation in our Search Engine Marketing strategies.
- Assist with web analytics and reporting, conversion optimization.
- Monitor incoming email from the “Contact Us” web form and route email accordingly.
- Coordinate and manage projects that fall within the digital scope, including web and mobile development.
- Support email marketing campaigns and related digital marketing efforts.
- Integrate email marketing efforts with all digital marketing, events, and sales practices to best complement and existing processes.
- Monitor, track, and post on identified social platforms.
- Producing and deploying digital and SEM campaigns.
- Participation in our definition, execution and measurement of our SEO and social media strategies.
- Keyword research and campaign management.
- Coordinates with creative team to develop marketing assets.
- Provide administrative support and coordination for content deployment.
- Adheres to all corporate identity guidelines.
- Supports the company's internal client initiatives and all other relevant policies.
- Understands and adopts principles and practices of good client service.


REQUIRED SKILLS:

Typically a strong graphic web and social media background coupled with a sound understanding of digital marketing practices.

- Experience in online marketing, digital media, advertising and marketing.
- Thorough understanding of web content tools.
- Hands on experience managing successful email campaigns.
- Experience implementing and administering marketing automation tools.
- Experience with digital marketing including SEO, SEM, and web analytics.
- Daily monitoring, goal tracking and optimization.
- Highly organized and able to work in a matrix environment. Able to drive results across multiple overlapping projects.
- Ability to consult with internal clients and provide them with creative options.
- Ability to adhere to Corporate Brand Identity Guidelines.
- Ability to work within a project management system.
- Understanding of production requirements for digital publication.
- Understanding of the flexible grid system, and the ability to work creatively within such systems.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; and/or 3-5 years of related marketing experience.
