What are we looking for?

We're looking for a creative, data-driven digital marketer to implement aggressive strategies and tactics that attract targeted website traffic and convert them into qualified leads. You should have command of best practices and trends in search engine optimization, paid advertising, and social media marketing, while being able to gather and analyze data, make recommendations, and ensure appropriate adjustments are made to improve overall conversion rates.

You will need to bring a passionate, self-starting attitude to the position and will have an analytical mind and a laser focus. Your ability to use data to drive your decision-making process and your ability to switch between a tactical and strategic focus will serve you well in this role.

What you’ll do:

With a goal of increasing and improving website traffic, conversions, and leads:

  • Develop on-page and off-page Search Engine Optimization
  • Optimize paid marketing campaigns, leveraging targeted CTAs, landing pages and forms
  • Build and maintain company’s social media profiles, including monitoring and engaging in relevant social discussions about our company, industry, and clients
  • Run regular social promotions and campaigns (Twitter chats and LinkedIn discussions)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent brand voice
  • Work with internal and external resources to deploy interactive tools and apps
  • Routinely A/B test and measure the performance of conversions assets
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on digital marketing ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing trends

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of a marketing related college program
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital and outbound marketing campaign execution
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, complimented with creative thinking
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through testing and optimization
  • Proficiency in using social media software (e.g. HubSpot's Social Inbox)
  • Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates
  • Expertise in web analytics software and keyword tools
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising, content distribution and placement networks, and third-party publications
  • Ability to build relationships and negotiate with vendors to maximize resources
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
  • Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite
