We’re looking for Digital Marketing Specialist for Digital Enterprise Services (IT department) to provide business and technical writing for the creation and delivery of digital content for various IT & business projects, communications, blogs and newsletters.

The Digital Marketing Specialist works for the Chief of Staff for Digital Enterprise Services (IT) and they will be responsible for preparing digital content for executive and technical presentations, business and technical articles, vlog scripts, blogs, newsletters, and other digital content.

Responsibilities:
• Develop content marketing strategy for executive leadership
• Create and maintain marketing calendar for events, articles, tasks, and projects
• Prepare drafts of emails, articles , blogs and creative digital content including design
• Create and maintain document and content libraries
• Create PowerPoint presentations and creative digital content based on emails, blogs, and other sources of information
• Consolidate content topically (themes) and create cohesive articles and messages for employee and executive consumption
• Prepare outlines for presentations and technical and business articles and gather the content that is appropriate and prepare draft
• Review and edit content for grammar, tone and audience
• Prepare responses to inquires requesting information on technical and business subjects

Requirements:

• 1- 3+ years experience as a marketing specialist, business writer, technical writer, graphic artist, communications specialist or program specialist
• Prior IT experience is nice to have but not required but candidate should be able to understand the IT Dept company role and scope
• Business written communication skills. Prior experience writing executive, stakeholder and/or project communication.
• Experience with marketing campaigns, creating personas, preparing marketing plans
• Experience writing business content, blogs, vblogs other digital content
• Proof read, edit content, streamline slide content
• Select and edit images. Ability to select images for design that is appropriate for presentation topic (crop, recolor, resize etc)
• Integrating Excel graphs into presentations and ability to format them to match presentation design
• Work with Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, financial formulas, sorting, filtering)
• Prepare executive communications (convert technical information into business friendly language)
• Intermediate to advanced slide design and layout skills with executive presentations or projects and the ability to paint a story through pictures based on content provided
• Experience with Office O365 (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word, O365 Teams, SharePoint)
• Intermediate to Advanced PowerPoint and SharePoint is preferred
• Design and artwork creation and experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop to create graphics
• Attention to detail, reviews all work before it is released
• Analytical skills, asks questions when clarity is needed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Education:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in either Marketing, English, Communications, Business or Computer Science
