Based at their office in Bundoora you will be a member of the Marketing Team which plays a key role in the development of customer growth and stakeholder engagement strategies across all available markets and channels including domestic, regional, international markets and online. You will be responsible from increasing online traffic and performance through specific and targeted SEO practices whilst also liaising with the external agency and other members of the Marketing Team to create written content for high impact on digital channels.
Some key areas of responsibility in the role are;
You will manage SEM activities such as day to day interactions with the SEM agency, coordinate with paid media teams, oversee SEM and Adword programmes and report on ROI
Create and implement SEO strategy and plan, identify areas for growth and improvement across every online aspect, implement comprehensive inbound linking structure and monitor performance metrics.
You will also evaluate content for SEO including providing advice regarding use of keywords, link building and HTML optimisation
Create written content for high impact web and digital channels, which supports search engine optimization (SEO) principles
You will also have the freedom to evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate. Using your advanced knowledge of emerging trends and changes with SEO to advise and support content and campaign delivery teams on best SEO practices and content production. As well as this you will contribute to developing the internal guidelines and standards for SEO practice to help future staff members. Previous experience or familiarity with Web 2.0 concepts and technologies, managing online content using a Content Management system and having previously worked in a digital customer acquisition focused role are all highly desirable!
