Global technology company based in Tigard, OR is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing team for a full time position! This includes website, blog, SEM/SEO, email sends, list management, keyword research, online brand reputation monitoring, and online advertising\promotions from deployment to measurement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, planning and executing comprehensive and innovative digital marketing programs aimed at generating demand for products and services, and increasing brand engagement, in alignment with sales and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies around keyword research, distribution of online marketing content, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns and lists, building landing pages, overseeing website content/copy (CMS) and the marketing automation system and rules. The activities will be designed to grow revenue in customer and reseller partner channels. This role will work closely with the sales teams to ensure we are creating and executing marketing campaigns with maximum success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively review and maintain all online content to ensure it is aligned with the overall brand/organizational objectives.
Digital Campaign Creation and Management: Manage all digital campaign creation, leads processing, lead source, tracking and routing via marketing automation software.
Manage all digital campaign execution including design, deliverability, testing, automation rules, notifications, optimization and analysis.
Create and maintain campaign landing pages, ensuring best practices for mobile – conduct A/B testing and improve usability based on buyer personas.
Support the planning and execution of various marketing activities – including email, webinars, third-party syndication and PPC – to deliver and nurture quality sales leads.
Ensure the creation, categorizing, import, and assignment of individual leads and sales and marketing lists.
Create and manage lead scoring structure and guide changes to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness from inbound leads.
Execute and continually optimize social media and blog posts.
Develop, test and refine components of our digital marketing mix (lists, e-mail templates, landing pages, offers, advertising etc.) and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Work with PPC management vendor to optimize PPC programs and their effectiveness.
Articulate digital marketing campaign details such as objectives, target audience, key message, project plans, initiatives, program sequencing, metrics and opportunities.
Market and Campaign Analysis/Research: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and prospective client analysis to identify areas of opportunity such as marketing positioning, search engine optimization, branding and lead generation.
Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance to company goals.
Compile performance data from campaigns to measure success and incorporate best practices in future marketing campaigns and activity. Communicate campaign and marketing activity performance trends to key stakeholders.
Deliver robust reporting and communicate key insights on all marketing activities to facilitate discussion and sound decision making.
Analyze and report on online program and campaign effectiveness, metrics and dashboards, using web analytics and marketing automation systems to understand user behavior.
Website, Systems and Infrastructure:
Drive CRM Data Stewardship, ensuring integrity of account records in the CRM, including lead data and opportunities.
Manage, prioritize and complete website updates based on cross-departmental projects, requests and objectives.
Grow and optimize the online customer acquisition and conversion funnel through our digital and online marketing assets.
Work with web vendor to develop strategies for website usability to optimize visitor-to-lead conversion.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Advertising, or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant digital marketing experience with a B2B software company
Previous experience developing integrated digital marketing strategies and executing campaigns
Proficiency in numerous SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Moz, Hootsuite, Google Search Console, etc.
Experience in Software, B2B, and/or Microsoft Dynamics ISV marketing a plus but not necessary.
Experience with MAS and CRM tools – Dynamics CRM and/or Click Dimensions experience a big plus
Strong Excel skills required as well as proficiency with the entire MS Office suite
Should possess experience in driving production of digital content, promotion and logistical support
Experience with social media plans and using social media to drive lead generation

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
BS/BA Degree or higher in business, marketing, or advertising field and 1-2 years or more of experience in a marketing position.
